About Jujaro

What happens if you take four friends, gifted with sweet vocals, a talent to write songs and mix in lots of fun, you’ll get JUJARO: Antonio, David, Fransjo and Nuno.

Each voice within Jujaro is unique and combined they form the perfect close harmony. Just like the boys always say: “We are four, but also One”. Armed with humour and vocal talents, Jujaro tries to bring their songs to the world with their unique style.

The beginning

Initially Jujaro started out as a “joke”. Nuno and David sang together at a wedding with a few other friends. The two had so much fun and decided to keep singing together as a group. Not long after Fransjo and Antonio joined, forming the invincible quartet JUJARO.

The first songs

Not satisfied with just singing songs the boys also wanted to write songs and put some “Jujaro-spirit” in their songs. This resulted in some catchy songs accompanied by guitar.

David: “We never thought we could do it, write songs, but it turned out perfectly”.

Harvey

Jujaro started singing at small occasions even performing in a shop. There they met Harvey. After hearing and seeing Jujaro he wanted to help them.

Being a former rapper, Harvey knows all about the pitfalls within the music industry and has vowed to carefully lead Jujaro away from them.

Studio

Harvey recognized the potential of Jujaro and introduced them to several producers. Taking them to several studios to sing their songs and record some demo’s.

Nuno: “It was the first time we ever came in contact with the process of studio work. It was hard work but we also had lots of fun”.

Megafestation ... a first glimpse of stardom.

Harvey introduced Jujaro to EMI and signed them for their publishing. Sylveer, who signed Jujaro wanted to see the boys in action and he let them perform at the Megafestation.

At the Megafestation Jujaro were introduced in front of a big audience and realized what they could achieve if they kept on doing their thing.

Fransjo: “Oh man, Megafestation was so great, all those people and hearing their reactions, this was the first time we gave out autographs”.

The future

Now Jujaro is concentrating on their music and dance. Who knows what the future will bring. One thing’s for sure: They will keep on fighting!

Armed with the following motto:”Friendship, honestly and fun”, Jujaro will keep on singing and writing songs.
